"Helping children with special needs in central Ohio"

Our Story

In May 2008, a volunteer “task force” was organized by a group of members of The Country Club at Muirfield Village.  The objective was to raise money to financially assist a staff member's son who was born with severe Down Syndrome.  The response and generosity of fellow club members was truly overwhelming!

An immediate need was evident to evolve from a "task force" to a 501(c)(3) non-profit. A 501(c)(3) application was filed and subsequently approved on January 12, 2009.  Thus, The Country Club at Muirfield Village Foundation (TCCMV Foundation) was officially established.

As a Foundation, we were able to broaden the scope of financial assistance to include children and youth with a wide variety of special needs.  The focus of our foundation is centered on organizations which provide services for special needs children and youth within the Dublin community and Central Ohio; and reflects our on-going commitment to be a “good neighbor."  Since 2009, the first year we distributed grant monies, we have awarded over $490,000 in grants to twenty-nine non-profits. The Foundation Board is appreciative of the tremendous financial and emotional support displayed by the members of The Country Club at Muirfield Village and the Dublin community.
